People mining with 50 h a sec. Gee no wonder the Monero pool never finds blocks lol. Sorry to be offensive, but anyway you guys know you can earn a ton of money by setting up a 4 or 6 GPU RX580 rig? My Monero rig is running 1 Ryzen 5 1600 CPU at 500 hash and four RX580's for a total of 3500 hash. It's like 15 dollars a day if you hold and sell your XMR for a good price.. For Ryzen you'll need something like an Asrock B350 Pro4 (it's got 6 pcie slots for plugging in multiple GPU's).

Hi Tuan, I had only been mining for a little more than one full day before the first two block payouts. I received 0.024 which is worth nearly $11. So, at 150 megahashes the payout seemed standard and yet as a new miner on the pool (at that time) I would have been rewarded with less priority to others. I've recently been paid 0.08 eth for the recent uncle block and I have accumulated a lot of shares which I expect will reward me very nicely once we get another full block (because the payout system prioritizes dedicated miners).

Okay I'll just think up some basic ideas.. personal review style comments and stick them on reddit an places like that.

I see it. Thanks. While we're talking about the ether pool I wonder if we can gain some miners through advertising? I'm sure you guys have done so already but perhaps I could do a little of mine own? I need to help my brother with a bunch of manual labor today so I couldn't do anything till way later but sure would be nice to get an extra 5 or 10 miners helping decode these blocks...

Guys we mine for up to 4 and sometimes 5 weeks before getting full block rewards on the Ethereum pool. So long as I'm getting my shares I am happy because I know that in this poolmining.org PPLNS payout system my long term devotion to the pool guarantees generous rewards. That being said block rewards will be much more common/frequent once this pool gains more momentum. And it is gaining momentum, miners are coming on board every day, so, hang in there and thank yourselves later.

Appreciated. I was just paid .08 ether and it helps a lot when block times take so long. I'm quite sure we'll get another 5 or 10 miners at some point here and then our Ethereum pool will really start rocking.

Yes, shares are accepted. I feel your pain and I hope your endless work will be profitable in the long run :p

Yes the pool is not issuing jobs. I have accumulated a lot of shares so far through the poolmining.org Ethereum server but I admit I get really nervous when blocks take very long to solve with only 15 or 20 miners.

Hello. I started mining with one ethereum address but then switched to a new one. I am afraid I will lose my shares for the address I no longer mine on. Would you consider migrating my shares over to my new address? My email address is jim.rodney.m@gmail.com

But what is your honest opinion about the effect of say 100 ms latency? Is there a probability that 100 will substantially effect share rate or block solution? Note: I was paid out on the previous two blocks and the total seemed pretty good for just a couple days of mining..
