This thread is getting old but just in case there is still an issue I'd like to point out the pool administrator was away for a few days and as far as I know any pool software malfunction should be fixed by now. Now that he has arrived back to the office.

Actually from what I know the Zcash pool did in fact go down a few days. As always, your shares will be stored safely but you may have missed out on some shares while the pool software malfunctioned.

Hi papawnana, have you made any progress setting up your ethereum miner? Are you setting the configuration file of a Claymore DUEL miner?

Great to have you back! Shame on the host for false advertising good internet!

Ablixeron, just as it's possible our pool may mine a block in as low as 20% or even 10% the expected time frame (good luck) it's also possible that a block will take 200% or even 300% the expected time. This time around (this time frame from the last block/pay out) we are simply very unlucky by comparison to the past :(

The best advice I can give you is to keep mining full speed because the more you contribute the more likely we will finally find our block.

Well, I'm pretty sure ethereum is stuck with proof of work. I think switching over to some delegated node system would be the most fundamentally challenging task which I think explains why the "proof of stake" fork is now being described as a hybrid PoS/PoW system. Coinfoundry just needs 1 more giga-hash of ether mining power to make mining rewards sufficiently consistent.

Keep in mind the website hosting is not running on the same machine as the actual mining pools so our shares are being recorded and blocks are being found.

Ivan! The website API goes down so much lately. It's a real problem because new miners trying to learn about coin foundry cannot log on the site. I will keep spreading the word about coin foundry on reddit and other places but a dead website makes my effort almost meaningless!

Could the admin chime in? I'm not sure it's accurate to say you will be paid REVOLTRAX. Well, there are four rounds, so perhaps the longer you are gone the further down the four tiers you will go thus receiving a smaller proportion of the payout, I think?

On another note. Keep in mind that the more miners leave the longer it takes to find a block. Abandoning the pool is kind of the worst thing you can do to ensure you finally get your payout. A much better course of action is to go online to encourage other miners to join us here. If we can gradually rebuild our ethereum pool hash power we all benefit; and those of us who have a lot of shares will benefit the most because we're at the top of the class.

Where is Oliver or other Counfoundry staff :( As far as I can tell only the website went offline the first few hours and then the actual mining hashes stopped going through a few hours later. I'm switching my miners over to monero at hashvault and this really sucks because I have more than 1100 T shares on counfoundry....

I think the Coinfoundry ethereum pool needs a giveaway or something to attract miners. Anything less than 3 gigahashes total pool rate for ethereum is way too low :(
