I understand your frustation but I can assure that we've done everything humanly possible to ensure that the pool is not a fault for this. No blocks is bad for the miners and bad for the pool, period.

Yes but at 50x our hashpower they could simply brute-force through the crisis and hide their orphans. Yesterday, I've deployed an update that enabled the display of orphans which were previously just ignored by the web-frontend because they never happened.

I wouldn't work my ass off to resolve this if it was the intention to rob off our miners which sooner or later would come to light - it always does.
