A rollback to an older version is no problem at all. I've actually tried that two days ago but it didn't help back then. The dash pool is currently torturing its nodes with a block polling interval of 100ms and re-broadcasting transactions every 10 seconds.

I could be mistaken but I think we've been at 2+ PH already.

The bitter irony is, the more miners jumping ship and start mining with the big pools that still manage to successfully claim mined blocks through sheer raw hashing power, the worse the situation will get.
