The solo mining pool is an interesting idea. We should discuss that.

There are really no inconsistencies. The percieved problem is just that the pool has not yet gathered enough shares to hit the end of the PPLNS payout window. For the last mined block the shares covered only 92% of the payout window and I expect to increase this to 100% for the next block. Regarding more stats, that's planned as well. Developing the stratum engine, the site and doing support is quite intense :)

Rest assured that 0.023 Dash for 30 hours of mining is definitely not correct and I've already identified the problem. 

I've also checked with a reputable profitability calculator how much you should expect to earn with that amount of hashpower for the timeframe you've mentioned:

Multiplying the result for one day of mining results in (30/24) = 1.25 * 0.1408 DASH = 0.176 DASH

Anyway, the way I see it is that there's a discrepancy between your expected payout and the actual payout which is caused by a low number of overall shares contributing to the block. What the vast majority of people do not realize is that with PPLNS your shares get paid multiple times. 

Still, you stuck with the pool for a week and it did not meet your expectations, therefore I'm crediting your account with 0.15 Dash to match the amount reported by Whattomine.
