Just got word from the Dash Team regarding my inquiry towards improving the pool list on dash.org:

Hi Oliver

Seeing the circumstances it might be a good idea to swap the miming pools from top lower and pools from lower upper.
I`ll ask guys if they might do it causing this way some more hashpower into the pools which has less instead of pumping it into the biggest one.
