"My Stats" XMR / Monero not working consistantly

MinerOfMonero 6 years ago updated by Oliver 6 years ago 19

I cannot get to "My Stats" on  Monero / XMR  It did not work last week, so I put in a ticket, it worked the next day, so I canceled the ticket.  Stopped working again earlier today but not working now.  Tried two computers after clearing all internet cache.  One PC is Linux, tried with Chrome and Firefox.  Second PC (Surface Pro tablet) with windows 8.1 using IE, Chrome and Firefox.  After clearing cache it asks for address (with remembered address it just sits and spins) and does not appear to take it.  Address is correct, cookies are enabled and allowed.  Hate not being able to check my status.  I have a lot of computers that are showing work done.  But constantly cannot check up on them.

Any one else having these issue I have been having them for over a week?  And I have such a boring life I wanted to be watching my H/s during the new year.

HAPPY New Year...

Still not working.

Hello support...  I still cannot check my stats.

Worked for a day then stopped again.  I know there is support on the site I have seen them post.   Am I only able to check my stats once every 2-4 days?  Any help would be appreciated.

Have you checked your wallet to see if you got paid out?  The same happened to me..... I had a xmr balance .133 and then went to 0.... come to find out I got paid out.

I have the same problem.  I get nothing for my stats page anymore, and I confirmed I have not been paid out (amount isn't high enough yet).

If I enable Firefox developer tools, I see that this error occurred:

XML Parsing Error: no root element found
Location: https://poolmining.org/api/pool/xmr1/miner/4AMZRxvBjkRgUTFmL7SF6RTXGxPtA8xPm2opLR1yMuiCJu8ozV45GEjHALWQFoi4YxNwRZNHZrxQxBB9Xwqw5pHaUcBYWU9/stats

If I make up a wallet address (delete a few chars from that url), I get this response:

{"result":{"pendingShares":0,"pendingBalance":0.0,"totalPaid":0.0,"lastPayment":null,"lastPaymentLink":null,"performance":null},"success":true,"responseMessageType":0,"responseMessageId":null,"responseMessageArgs":null}

So it seems the API is sending back a blank response for my wallet, but not for invalid wallets.

Under review

Thanks for the detailed breakdown. I'll look into it.

Update:  I logged in on my Linux box and I could check my stats, tried again later on my Surface Pro - did not work.  Cleared cache, temp files, rebooted - no help.  Seems like I get one shot every couple of days...  Anything you want me to try?

The new miner dashboard is almost ready and will hopefully put an end to those problems alltogether.

thank you it has been working

I have same problem. Left 2 devices over the weekend and my balance stop increasing while number of Shares are increasing. Should I stop mining or not? Please help

@cosimo

It is Ok.

- number of shares increase while mining

- balance increase when a block is found ( or leftover of minimum payout )

but when i started to use this pool i got some xmr on evry 10M shares. Now i have more than 20M shares but balance dont increasing

When a block is found:

 - you get pay the balance + your contribution for that block (if the total >= min payout)

 - and the balance reset to zero

In other words, the balance is the reward amount you earned/cumulated until it reach the minimum amount for payout.

The most important is to check that your 'Paid out' increase.
If you been manually paid, your dashboard 'Paid out' will not increase and there will be no mention of that payment but balance will reset to zero.

In any cases, you must check and confirm with your wallet software (monero-wallet-cli / monero-wallet-gui) that you received something in the amount of the balance + last reward.

Last, you can filled a ticket...

Also my balance on eth is 0, but the found shares are increasing, meaning that something is taking into account. I opened a ticket and I understood that the balance will be updated when a new block will be found.

So I'm keep mining and waiting for a new block to see a non 0 balance.

@Gabby

yes, your balance increase when a block is found (by your contribution for that block) until it reach the minimum payout.. then you get paid the total balance (which reset to zero).

Your shares are used to calculate your contribution using the PPLNS scheme.

i hope we get the block soon i am over 5B shares on this one.

same hewe, was working up until this afternoon, then my wallet address disappeared all stats 0 apart from xmr which is at 0.00001, was higher

pauly: Due to the domain change you need to re-enter your address to get stats.
