Does this pool pay out in the coin that are mine?

hasnt hit a block in 5 days? but hit about 40 in dec? 

I have a box with a ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1060 AMP Edition, ZT-P10600B-10M, 6GB card and a i5 4th gen cpu, want to see if possible to get out the most of the box.    I am getting 400+ h/s for the GPU already, want to squeeze out another 200 h/s from the cpu.

thoughts....

Also...  possible to add a second gpu into the box, that is not the same and still able to mine with it?  I have an older Sapphire Radeon R9 270X 2GB that I would like to put to use.

Pool rate was around 3 GH/s when I first joined and has since dropped to around 1 GH/s. Anyone know what is going on? 

I'm just wondering if we could know where we are in the rounds right now as it's been 18 days since I got a payout

I've seen at least one other pool implementing an occasional restart of the ETN Pool / Daemon  due to the daemon slowing down, over several days, as the block height increases. I'm not sure if this pool shares the same "back-end" software, but is it something the admins could comment on?

Is it normal?

i downloaded windows amd sgminer for electroneum from the https://poolmining.org/pool/etn and i dont know how to set it.

Instruction says to modify sgminer-etn.conf but those file isnt included 

so i create a new  file according to instruction but when i tried to mine miner says:

[19:08:46] sgminer: -c: Error: JSON decode of file "sgminer-etn.conf" failed:
 control character 0xd
