I wish I could do more to help you with this.
The thing is, according to the blockchain you have received the funds. Is actually the topmost entry in your wallet's transaction list:
3f741ddd66f3864e ... | 817333 | 2018-02-07 19:44:56 | + 0.03079336 DASH | 0.03079336 DASH |
The blockchain cannot be cheated, scammed or manipulated in any way. It's the only source of truth. If you are unable to see the balance change in your wallet software, its a problem with the software.
You have to realize that as soon as a transaction is visible on the blockchain its similar to an ordinary bank transfer. The funds have left the pool's wallet and changed ownership. From that point on, there's nothing we can do.
Sumocoin is a different coin but we could certainly add a pool for it if there's interest.
I had another inquiry regarding the same problem. Is your payment visible on the blockchain? Are you using a GUI wallet? Did you refresh/restart your wallet?
Very cool! Thanks for contributing :-)
If you've started after our last two blocks have been found, you will have to wait for a payment until the next one is found.
Yeah, that's what I was observing as well. But the order always went dead.
One more thing ... if you are satisfied with the pool and the support, then drop us down a like and/or comment as it helps us out a lot. :-)
Any time :-)
