I was paid but DASH was not on my wallet

I had another inquiry regarding the same problem. Is your payment visible on the blockchain? Are you using a GUI wallet? Did you refresh/restart your wallet?

i checked on cryptoID then found status: "not yet redeemed". My wallet is on coinpayments, it is still used normally.

The thing is, according to the blockchain you have received the funds. Is actually the topmost entry in your wallet's transaction list:

The blockchain cannot be cheated, scammed or manipulated in any way. It's the only source of truth. If you are unable to see the balance change in your wallet software, its a problem with the software. 

You have to realize that as soon as a transaction is visible on the blockchain its similar to an ordinary bank transfer. The funds have left the pool's wallet and changed ownership. From that point on, there's nothing we can do.

I had the same issue but the past 2 days Coinpayments was doing a maintenance on DASH wallets and now it's finished and received the payment.

I got my dash already. Thank you.
