It's something that needs to be fixed on the web-frontend. Whenever a pool is down for a couple minutes it becomes invisible on the website. Turned out that the daemon managed to trash its blockchain data. It's currently re-synching (at 8% currently).

Take a look at the hashrate chart. At around 01:00 someone projected a ton of hashpower (probably through NiceHash) on the pool, pushing older shares down the line. Judging from the payout, it was probably MRagsX2KQhbwzWerreF2HrhUYGVgqg17Ph. Keep in mind though that your remaining shares will most likely pay again on the next block.

That means those blocks are probably related to your backup pool.
