According to the blockchain you have received the coins. The pool is not responsible for your wallet.
What the hell is that supposed to mean? That they find blocks? Great, we would two if we had the hashrate. Watch your language in the future. I'm not your servant.
I'll be restarting the Verge-Pool in a couple minutes for a software update that will make the pool much more resilient to daemon-hickups and thus improve stability significantly.
Which is strange as I've seen shares coming in from all location throughout the night. The issue with the Verge daemon is that for some unknown reason periodically becomes unresponsive to the queries of the pool servers for work. Causing updates to the miners to stall for a while. After a thorough investigation, I am 100% convinced that this problem is not related to our pool but a software quality issue of the Verge software affecting all pools/users.
Compensation added. I'd say the problem has been solved.
The MONA pool has been a shadow of its former self for a long time as interest in the currency faded and thus is running on low hashrate, resulting in very few blocks. The reason I'm keeping it open is that we had very good times when the coin was hot. The same applies to VTC.
No I'm not insane, but it certainly feels like that when reading comments like yours. First we are not a PPS per pool where you get paid by share. We pay for blocks. That's why I tried to compensate everyone as good as I could for the wasted time. Judging by the results provided by whattomine everyone got compensated for roughly the amount you'd earn mining Verge-Blake with 25GH/s for 18 hours which is actually a longer timespan than the actual downtime we had.

Haha, made me chuckle :) Yes XVG was a major headache in the past but I'm certain that I've tamed that beast now.
