XVG pool not updating for a few hours
Greetings,
The XVG pool has not updated at all in the last few hours. However I see I am still mining at the stratum.
Is there anything wrong? My hashrates on the pool page show 0.

i am actually having the same problem. It seems to have stopped working around 19:00 GMT +1. My miners are still mining but the site is not updating. I wonder if they are actually mining or just thinking they are.
Your miner's have been mining. It was an update glitch with the reporting frontend.

The program I have been trying to run verge and I could get the run threeeyed and i think the run-rvn-yimp to also run but I can bot get the ccminer-x64 to run here is my ccminer note I even tried to change the api 0.0.0.0.:4068 then I tried the api again as 0.0.0.1"4068

Yeah its updating again thanks. But the mining was still working? Because then we are having extremely bad luck with finding blocks since none have been found in the last 20 hours
Look again, the latest block is now reported as well.
Yes on my side everything was normal - got new jobs, submitted shares and they were accepted. The latest reward was lower than usual. Also, my hashrate is not reporting after 5 min.
I'll switch to nicehash until the problem has been properly identified and fixed.
Jeff: I understand your frustration, and even though you are leaving, I'd like to get to the bottom of this. Are you connecting from Eastcaost or Westcoast? Or put it another way, what's the IP of xvg2.coinfoundry.org when you ping it?

Mining was working, however found blocks appear not to have been credited. Not sure I will keep on mining here.
Which blocks that we've found have not been credited? I'm not aware of a single block that's been unaccounted for after checking the blockchain. Looks like ocminer was right in his descision to close down suprnova's verge pools for good. Not sure if Verge is worth all that trouble.
guys, for me it was ok-ish, but in the last few days i had better payments on other pools. In theory it should be no difference between the pools, only in fees, wich are more or less equal. today for example for a couple of hours none of the pools i normaly use for mining XVG was working, so i canot say that the problem was in the pool. but now i prefer pools that have over 90Th of mining power on them, just beacuse they inspire more confidence to me..but i like this pool maximum.
Oliver, if you ever want to test the pool with over 15 Th, just let me know, and i-l try to help you with that.
For the moment i keep only a small amount of miners in here, just for me to feel good:)

I have that same problem. I worked at the mining for 15 hours. Only 7 xvg in 24 hours.

Which is strange as I've seen shares coming in from all location throughout the night. The issue with the Verge daemon is that for some unknown reason periodically becomes unresponsive to the queries of the pool servers for work. Causing updates to the miners to stall for a while. After a thorough investigation, I am 100% convinced that this problem is not related to our pool but a software quality issue of the Verge software affecting all pools/users.
I'll be restarting the Verge-Pool in a couple minutes for a software update that will make the pool much more resilient to daemon-hickups and thus improve stability significantly.
Everything in the luckypool pool is normal. you have an error. Correct it now.

hey, the pool its ok, i moved a litle more miners in there, and see no problems. everybody must think first that the mining proces is not perfect...nothing in this world is perfect. if you did not encounter problems when mining other coins, know this from me that somewone else had A LOT of problems with that coin. its like the said: mo money, mo problems :))
Haha, made me chuckle :) Yes XVG was a major headache in the past but I'm certain that I've tamed that beast now.

I am also using claymore dual and since the increase of the update frequency my workers are reporting a much slower hashrate, on the website atleast. Could this be the result of the increased frequency?
I could make mining work when connecting to a VPN in Japan. From USA it does not work for me.
It would be great to get some workers back in the pool and bump the hashrate back up. Would be a shame to see this pool die out. I am mining from Europe btw. Connecting isnt really an issue. I get the occasional disconnect but it always seems to reconnect.
Youri: Those disconnects you see are caused by me tuning parameters and gradually deploying software updates to improve reliability. Those updates require a quick restart of the stratum ports on the server which disconnects all miners for less than a second. From what I'm seeing now after the last update a couple minutes ago, things are running fine so the disconnects should be gone from now on.
