Ok, to clarify, if you sent your coins to a different address, there's nothing the pool can do to help as we are (fortuntately) not in control of your wallet. If you've mined using an address for a different coin you shouldn't have accumulated any shares because the pool would have rejected that address during miner login. Can you elaborate which case applies to you?
