Ok, to clarify, if you sent your coins to a different address, there's nothing the pool can do to help as we are (fortuntately) not in control of your wallet. If you've mined using an address for a different coin you shouldn't have accumulated any shares because the pool would have rejected that address during miner login. Can you elaborate which case applies to you?
I mined on address for different coin (XMCC) ,not MONAcoin.And all shares are was good i dont know why.it was i mistake which i made and realize it only then coins are already sended. my coins that i sent on wrong adress still not come to correct adress.in pool statistic looks like shares are come but balance still zero in account statistics.
