Hello, I'm new to mining. I understand this is a smaller pool and that we get payed when a block is found. Those with experience in mining using L3+ could you let me know the benefits of mining in a small pool? I was looking at the blocks section and it looks like the last one was found 6 days ago and the once before that 2 months ago? Will the difference in price at payout be similar if I would have mined in a larger pool with faster blocks? It seems people that hop on when a block is about to be found would make the most profit. Will we be payed for the amounts of shares found? How is it split?

If the miner never get 0.1 payout or the owner decide to take off, what about the accrued money under 0.1?

Just wondering what this actually represents.  For some blocks it's well over 100% which intuitively seems impossible.  Can someone give a simple example of how it's calculated and what it actually represents?

 Monero download is 10+hrs, and every MonaWallet keeps getting deleted by Nortons for Viruses.. anyone else having problems?

Hey guys, been Bitcoin mining for a while now but its become stupidly difficult these days. I have an Asic miner hitting an average of 16.7 GH, yet i'm not seeing anything turn up on My Stats at all (in the Litecoin pool btw) surely thats enough to be identified?
