I just started a eth miner and the same thing , just flying blind any input from support ? I'm new at this and I'm surprised I got this far!!!

I've updated the website to be more resilient against user mistakes such accidentally adding white-space characters to your address. Could you check if you see your stats now?

it"s blank on both dash and eth , I wonder if it"s on my end. are there any requirements on my end, browser,  windows version  or the like 

On the Monero pool, I have the same issue. Addresses that worked previously do not work anymore. Also may be interesting to note that I used to 404 on the xmr pool webpage until I cleared all cookies and cache. 

Anyway, clicking apply on the stats page shows the loading icon but then nothing happens after it goes away. Just thought you might want to know.

@Jason: Could you tell me using which address that happens?

Thanks for your amazing work, it's definitely working for me now. Is this something that was just affecting my address or did it affect others? Glad you were able to get it working.

The recent growth of all pools caused the shares table to grow by the same amount, causing the query to count a miner's numbers of shares to become so slow that the web request fetching the miner's stats timed out. Fixed by adding a database index.

All payments are visible on both the pool's "Payments" table and the blockchain. Did you check both?

You're referring to the "Balance" or to the "Paid Out" field?
