Terry I have one D3, been running it for 4 weeks and haven't found any blocks. You can always try running the lucky one solo. From my understanding its a luck of the draw thing. You can try your luck running that one solo... May pay off

I had this issue with my D3. I unplugged the unit (power off) disconnected and reconnected all the hashing boards. powered it back up and checked my firmware was the new version (BITMAIN website). I am still getting alot of HW errors but its running 19.4Gigs
