Looking at the 30 day view of your hashrate shows that you didn't mine September 20 and 22, so when recent blocks paid less for you which is perfectly in line with how PPLNS works. Not just here, but everywhere else too.

Is this still an issue?

If you are referring to the Dash pool, yes its active, maintained and of course paying.

We've also updated the daemons for all other coins that issued updates related to CVE-2018-17144.
