In the FAQ, it says " [...] regardless of round boundaries we always consider the last (difficulty * 2) shares." 

If round 1 is long, round 2 has low difficulty but is short, and round 3 has higher difficulty but is also short, might shares issued early in Round 1 get included in Round 3 that were not included in round 2?    Consider share #11: Round 1, with difficulty 15, is hit with share 32, so share 11 gets a piece of that, then round 2 has difficulty 10, hit with share 36, share 11 is too old... but then Round 3 has difficulty 15 again, and is hit with share 39, so shares from 10 through 39 get a piece?

When difficulty changes during the round (many coins change difficulty every block, so there can be hundreds of difficulty changes during a round here), are all shares of the round treated equally, or is a share contributed at difficulty=10 considered twice as valuable as a share contributed at difficulty=20 ?

Can we have an open discussion on how to grow this pool? It's probably in our mutual interest to increase the hash rates so as to have less variance.

An observation of mine of the Ethereum pool for example is that the hash rate is slowly growing in hashrate, but not number of miners, meaning existing miners either increased their hash power or some miners dropped and were replaced by new ones. To scale better, we definitely need more miners.

What is being done to grow today and how can we miners help?

This is a minor feature I'd like to have here, an ability to check a checkbox or something similar that would allow the site to remember my wallet address (through a cookie). It's a little annoying that I have to re-enter my wallet address each time I open up the browser and want to check my stats on the site.

Is there is a mistake with the last payment? I mined for a week with over 100,000 contribution shares and the block chain shows that I will receive  only 0.25 ish to wallet XeE863rqgVLTBrE2eDWkpq3m7KzbdcYU1f

Last block was maybe less than half the amount of shares but nearly double the reward.

How many decimals are displayed on my balance?

why i have 

I read pending balance just change with new block. 

After 8h+ mining with 20Mh/s , pending balance is 0eth. Did you guys know why??
