Eth balance still 0eth

I read pending balance just change with new block.

After 8h+ mining with 20Mh/s , pending balance is 0eth. Did you guys know why??

No block was found since you started mining. That's why.

Ok, just for understand. On pool stats says " Last Block 10/25/17 10:18:30 AM" , so I tought was found... So how I know a block was found? And what Las Block really means?

The Ethereum Pool has yet to find its first block unfortunately because it is still very young and needs more hashpower. Here is an example of an established pool (note the Blocks, and Payments Tabs): https://poolmining.org/pool/xmr

That's the last block found on the entire Ethereum Blockchain.
