https://poolmining.org/pool/ltc on that page you can see that blocks are found very rarely(prob due to the pool only having 55 miners) but when it is found, even if it may take weeks, you will get your share.

If you want more direct results consider finding a pool with more hashing power/users so theres a block everyday that can be devided and rewarded.

Which pools guys? You will only get balance when a block is found which can take hours for some pools and weeks for others.
