I've mined 13812 shares since yesterday and payout has only been 0.475 Mona.  

I mined for 24 hours between 12/7 and 12/8 at Miningpoolhub (MPH) and the payout was almost 9 Mona with the exact same equipment.  MPH has a current pool hashrate of 335 GH/s vs PoolMining (PM) of 27.9 GH/s.

In the last 24 hours MPH found 238 blocks.  PM has 28/335= 8.4% of their hashrate so shouldn't we have found 19.89 blocks instead of 5?  This also doesn't account for the drop in hashrate since yesterday so it technically would be more than 20 blocks?

I really like the premise of this pool and want to help support it and not just be difficult and whiny.

So I kept track of hash rates on MPH throughout the day and found that their pool hashrates are actually much higher and seem to vary a lot, I imagine due to their autoswitching, but at the highest I observed 1023 GH/s so the comparison I made earlier really isn't valid.  At the highest rate PM wouldn've had only 28/1023= 2.73% of what is now shown as 215 blocks found in the last 24 hours which equals 5.8695 blocks which is much closer to what was actually found.

Well I totally missed this but at least I know why I have no monacoin. Thanks for being transparent about this issue

what miner and settings are you using to get 200 out of 5 1070s? I am only getting 180ish out of 6 1070s. 5 in 1 rig, 1 in another. 

I'm not really sure about the efficiency of getting  3-4 more Mhash from a single 1070 by increasing the core clock at the cost of more voltage... that's like 10% increase in hash, but at the same time 10% increase in voltage for me... It might be worth it, anyone did the calculations?

Yamamoto is getting 200 out of 5... I'm getting 180ish out of 6.. his wattage is definitely more (142W).

Let me show you what I got, guys. completely 2 days mining, only 0.458 MONA, credited many shares, but pay slowly, omitted some blocks' confirmation for balance, it means after the confirmation of one block, my balance not get credited. I think one day should make that number. 

The payout system does not work as before, after every confirmation of block, coins get dispatched to miners immediatly. The payout system, sometimes got 3 blocks paid 2, sometimes got 2 blocks paid 1, sometimes got 4 blocks paid 3, sometimes got 4 blocks paid 2, one time even got 4 blocks paid only 1. Why is it not true? That is the last time this pool found a block, and that's what matters for payouts. Did you come from Nicehash or some huge pool?

To continue on the explanation, your balance only gets credited when a block is found by the pool. The reward for the block is then distributed among the miners of the pool based on the PPLNS calculation.

So when this pool found no block in those 5hrs you've been around, there was no reward to be shared with anyone.

This isn't a Pay Per Share pool, it's a Pay Per Block, meaning you only
get awarded when the pool finds a block. If the last block was found 8 hours ago of course you still haven't received anything if you've been mining for 5 hours. Also, take a peak here: https://poolmining.org/faq

That shows the blockchain's blocks, not this pool's. You can't be paid for a found block that was found by someone else and not by this pool.

That's for the entire MONA network. Someone on the network for those blocks, and that someone earned the reward for those blocks. The blocks this pool finds are described in here:
