Your comments

I would have accepted an apology for not providing a proper service and then moved on. I really didn't mean to criticize you but I find your response to be highly offensive and the fact that you stand by it after learning about the facts, background and my intentions makes me sad. I really hope for your own sake that you would consider changing your attitude for the future since you might one day be wrong and this could hurt your ego and have unknown consequences.

OMG! Wow!

Yes I'm new to mining and yes I'm not fully understanding how it works. I've been trying to to read up and understand but it's a bit complicated when everything is new. Also it might be that I'm not smart enough, I admit that and I feel that's what your are implying! I've also read the section in your FAQ several times, but I did not catch that would not get paid if my miner was offline due to power issues.

My lack of experience and understanding is the reason I didn't post my question on this forum but opened a private ticket. The ticket contained screenshots of my stat's before and after the drop and it clearly states with big fonts "Dash Pool (DASH)" so there sold not be to much doubt on what pool I was mining.

After one day I expressed my worries by adding a comment to the ticket and since almost 3 days went by without any status change in the ticket while I could see that you were actively answering questions publicly I decided to go public and summarized my experience and ask this question on the forum. My question with regards to trustworthiness is first and foremost to the fact that I felt you would not answer my question. Your response time of 14 minutes on this post tells me that you are available and should have had capacity to answer my ticket but chose not to.

I understand now that this is not a friendly environment for beginners and I will definitively find another pool to mine on.
