My shares is gone but no increase in my balance
On Tuesday morning, had more than 15000 shares. In the evening it was down to zero while the balance hasn't increased. Tried to contact support but there is no answer beginning to wonder if the pool is trustworthy and thinking of finding another? Anyone with a similar experience or is there any way this would be something that’s normal?

First you didn't say which pool you are mining on. I'm assuming the Dash pool. If you had that many shares and got zero payout then you stopped mining long before a block was found. I encourage you to read the FAQ Section about this and pay special attention to Round 5. Several miners got paid and its all documented for everyone to see on each pools "Payments" tab.
I'm honestly sick and tired of people accusing our pool or any other pool of cheating without doing minimal research how stuff works on their part. If you don't trust the pool I suggest you move on.
OMG! Wow!
Yes I'm new to mining and yes I'm not fully understanding how it works. I've been trying to to read up and understand but it's a bit complicated when everything is new. Also it might be that I'm not smart enough, I admit that and I feel that's what your are implying! I've also read the section in your FAQ several times, but I did not catch that would not get paid if my miner was offline due to power issues.
My lack of experience and understanding is the reason I didn't post my question on this forum but opened a private ticket. The ticket contained screenshots of my stat's before and after the drop and it clearly states with big fonts "Dash Pool (DASH)" so there sold not be to much doubt on what pool I was mining.
After one day I expressed my worries by adding a comment to the ticket and since almost 3 days went by without any status change in the ticket while I could see that you were actively answering questions publicly I decided to go public and summarized my experience and ask this question on the forum. My question with regards to trustworthiness is first and foremost to the fact that I felt you would not answer my question. Your response time of 14 minutes on this post tells me that you are available and should have had capacity to answer my ticket but chose not to.
I understand now that this is not a friendly environment for beginners and I will definitively find another pool to mine on.
Your ticket is nowhere to be found in the ticket history so I'm not sure what you are talking about. I'm usually responding to posts or tickets within minutes (unless I'm asleep of course).

Allright, it exists. Fine. Neither did I receive a notification about it nor is it visible in the admin ticket queue. I'm sorry for not responding to it but I believe I did in this thread and I stand by my response.
I would have accepted an apology for not providing a proper service and then moved on. I really didn't mean to criticize you but I find your response to be highly offensive and the fact that you stand by it after learning about the facts, background and my intentions makes me sad. I really hope for your own sake that you would consider changing your attitude for the future since you might one day be wrong and this could hurt your ego and have unknown consequences.
To @Poolmining Support, I do understand your emotional outburst, you've had a lot of things to go through to get this pool to where it is right now, so I sympathize with you as a person. You've done tons of great work here already, but I have to side with Marius here, I don't think his intentions were wrong, there was a error in the communication process, hence his concern on trustworthiness, but it was not his fault, and he deserved less emotion and more rationality from you. Don't take it bad from me please, I'm honestly just giving you a suggestion as person to person.
Ok Marius, let's settle this once and for all. I agree with you my response was harsh, BUT believe it or not I was not aware of your ticket. If you go through other posts around here you will notice that I'm always trying my best to be patient and helpful - especially to beginners. When I'm not answering tickets or posts here I'm working non-stop to improve the pool and the accompanying website. In light of that it simply hurts to wake up and read yet another accusatory post complaining about something that's well documented in the FAQ and that has been answered here many many times. When the pool was very young and I had not much experience with running a pool, I used to make generous extra payouts to miners complaining about earning not as much as expected only to realize much later that not only everything went correct but that those extra payouts pushed the pool into the red. I had to use my own money to correct those mistakes. I'm here to help and answer every question but I'm human too and we all have bad days. My apologies.
@happyserendipity I've always appreciated your feedback and this is no exception.
I am new to this pool, was given the site from a reddit post by @Poolmining and I am very interested in supporting it. I like what I see from the back end, the idea of a new pool engine, the attention to quality of hardware supporting the pool, and of how it is run. I am not new to mining but have pointed a couple miners here and so far, so good (no blocks found for ETH or DASH yet, but so it goes).
Regarding this post, I think everyone could agree that @Poolmining may have seemed to come off rather harsh, but most do not understand the amount of stress and work that goes into building and running a mining pool. I get the idea there is not a big team behind it, and while it’s not an excuse, it is a valid consideration for those that choose to reach out for support. It’s always best to start off reasonable rather than accusatory.
It is worth considering the tone of your accusations when requesting support from a company and all too often I read people throwing hyperbole and rhetoric around (perhaps a side effect of toxic social media regularity) and it is damaging to the whole process of dispute resolution. Using words such as “scam” or “untrustworthy” or “hacked” right off the bat are examples of an inflammatory situation beginning. It is very disingenuous and will almost always illicit a similar harsh response in return; it can set the tone for the entire thread. My point to this is that if you feel you have been wronged you owe it to yourself to perform due diligence in researching why, ensuring your analysis of the situation is correct, and making several attempts to reach an amicable resolution first. Never start off a public thread in the negative.
Now that I have introduced myself publicly to this pool, and in a rather interesting way, how about we all get back to hashing up a storm and making some money! Disputes and resolutions are never a bad thing if they are handed with dignity and respect, and remember that no one is perfect - let’s get stronger. I will be opening a new mining location with a small number of miners (15 or so) in the next month or two and plan on directing everything this way. If there is anything I can help with, let me know.
