"You won't see any balance in your account until a block has been found by the pool and after the block has reached a mature status".OK but what is mature status and how long dose it take to get to that stage for XMR

BTCP-Ports
Oliver,
die Ports auf der BTCP-Seite sind nicht korrekt.
Es werden 3106 und 3107 gezeigt, bekomme darüber aber keine Verbindung. Der Generator wirft aber 3116 und 3117 aus. Damit geht es.
Gruß
Christian

XMR-Stak may not update system configuration files if hardware is added or removed
Assuming I'm correct here, (still somewhat very newb), I thought this may be useful info for people having difficulty getting XMR-Stak to mine with all their gpus.
If you run XMR-Stak without any configuration files present it creates them.
The 2 files it can create based on your computer configuration are cpu.txt and either nvidia.txt or amd.txt. If you don't have a pool.txt file in the directory, on first run it will ask you relevant questions and create that as well.
If you then add or remove a video card or upgrade your CPU it will still use the info initially created in those configuration files which will of course be wrong.
When you make changes to your computer that would affect the GPU or CPU info you should delete the file(s) relevant to those changes so XMR-Stak can create new ones on the next run.
I was having issues getting it to use my 1050ti until I discovered it was trying to use a card that had never been in that rig before. I'd copied the folder over to that rig from my computer not realizing I had to delete those files so it could recreate them for the different system.

New to Mining
I understand the basic concepts behind mining but I am unclear on a lot of things. I have a gaming PC with an RX480 that I would be using to mine when I'm not gaming on it (ergo part-time ~15 hours a day). I would appreciate it if anyone could list some websites to stay abreast of crypto-coin news and learn more about the topic.
On a more specific note, what currency should I mine? I'm not just asking which is the most profitable right now, but also if the currency is likely to last longer than 6 months.

Payout via exchange??
In pool stats I see the "Minimum payout via exchange" info and it says it pays out at 1 xmr.
Does that mean I can have my XMR paid out in a different crypto? If so how do I do that?
I've not been able to find anything explaining this.

Monero- constant errors, 1k h/s was over 3k hs
Located in the US, using xmr.coinfoundry.org IP is 97.107.139.34. Massive errors, reset entire network (router, switches), restarted all miners. Miners are Windows 10, Windows 7, Ubuntu 16.04. Running XMRIG 2.5.2. It was running fine yesterday, well... as well as it has been since the fork anyway.
Errors:
no active pools
no active block template code= -1
Please help... I am (updated an hour later, getting almost 0 h/s now) was getting less than 1/3 rd of my hashing power. Killing me here...
Could someone please provide me the IP address of the server in Germany. I will switch back to US servers when this gets fixed but until then I would like to switch to a server that just works for me.

No me paga
1.configure todo de acuerdo a las instrucciones y las maquinas estan minando desde anoche y hasta ahora no he ganado nada ... alguien puede ayudarme x fabor ?
