Yeah, it was the same thing for me for XVG.

The number of miners dropped to practically zero and my Claymore was showing 0 hash rate. It started working again around 30 minutes after the problem occurred.

I suggest waiting for 30 minutes, then restart the miner. If it doesn't work, I would just switch pool until the issue is resolved.

What I'm trying to say that whatever it was it could have affected all the pools. If so, it's probably going to be auto resolved soon (if not already).

I just had issues with the XVG pool like 20 minutes ago with Claymore. But the pool seems to have returned. Whatever it was, it's been auto resolved. I suppose the Admin is asleep :)

And now my other rig did the same thing...
