Many blocks are unpaid to miners, I think you should start your own pool for self mining, the time before I was mining here with less miners sometimes total 18 miners in the pool we only had produced 600-700 MH/s, and we could get blocks, not very rare. 

The problem is still there, 3 blocks landed 2 blocks paid to miners.

Boss, I think you have some problem in your payout system. Not like before, every time your Pool Wallet got blocks rewards, then automatically split well into every miners' wallet, finally your pool wallet balance turned to 0 after every payout. From the begining of Height 1181926 block to the last one 1182750.

from Height 1181926 to 1182313, got 4 blocks only 1 block get paid and split to miners,

from Height 1182424 to 1182594 got 4 blocks only 2 blocks get paid  split to miners,

the final 4 blocks till now I'm writing from Height 1182689 to 1182750, the last 2 blocks on the way to 100% confirmation, only 1 block get paid split to miners. I don't know how is going with the rest 2 blocks, but coins within blocks not split well like the time before Height 1181926, now you have large balance left in the pool wallet, not cleared to 0 like Height 1181569 and before.

Our mining pool members are increasing crazily, when I was mining here sometime's  before, only 18 miners to mine together with less than 700 MH/s, and boss was frustrating for low hashrate to find a block.
