That is exactly what happened.  It was at 0%, I saw it a few minutes later at 1%.  About 20 minutes later, it was gone.  It had an effort of more than 400%.  I don't remember the exact number.  Not sure what is going on now. 

It seems odd that this pool has more miners/hashes than ever before, yet is getting slower at finding blocks.

I have read and understand the FAQ.   It does not say anything about the pool restarting and resetting stats.  Is there a way to tell when the pool restarts or how ong it has been running?
