Help with miner what am I doing wrong

I have been trying to get my miner working all it does is runs for and it is like it does not do anything i dont get any hashtates here is a picture of what it does

Does anyone have any ideas why this program wont go past this point . I guess ill open a ticket with support to see if actual people respond or just another site that will be no answer we will see
Greg: Your problem is the algorithm. You've configured the miner to use "cryptonight" which was previously used for Monero. You need to change your configuration to use "-a blake2s" instead of "-a cryptonight" (without quotes).
