aparently the pool did not find any block. the fact that i added 310 gh of workforce in this pool, i think i was better of mining solo, not on a pool. i really hoped that hystory will repeat itself like on blake2s pool, beacuse when i started mining in there, miners started joining, and shortly after the pool fee increased from 0.3 to 0.75 :). 

Most of the pools here seem to be down right now, though I can still see traffic between my asic and stratum+tcp remaining in "Alive" status.

on what pools have you mined verge before?

All of the pools were up and continued to process shares. Just the website became unresponsive for a while during some early morning routine maintenance tasks.

Looks like the blake2s pool is orphaning all blocks atm too

something is not right with all XVG....with all the hashpower i had in the Scrypt-pool, for almost 2 days, zero blocks found...i give up...

maybe is beacuse its a mixture of algoritms on verge curencies....meaning how the pool decides to alocate resources, wich resources(scrypt or blake2s...) i dont know...hope it wil recover...until then bye for me.

I experience the same for verge blake2s pool for the last 4 or 5 hours. All the block are orphaning. Tried port 3165 and 3166 but nothing resolve the problem.

I'm actively working on the problem. Which is tricky as absolutely nothing on our end changed over the past months. Therefore it must be something happening on the blockchain which would explain why the daemons suddenly locked up after running stable for weeks.

I'm going to restart both XVG pools now running on daemon with a freshly synced blockchain.

Verge-Blake apparently working again. Still resolving a crash issue with the Verge-Scrypt daemon.

Shares remained untouched and will pay as soon as a block is found.

Im having the same issue as the others.. It shows i have mined 8000 verge but no payment. I just moved my miners here today so this is making me want to pull out.

yea my friend -- i have 7100 tokens earned -- they all show as they are being paid or have been paid every hour or so ...  but not going to wallet -- they are not even in blockchain ... or i cannot find when i follow transaction id or the block ... ????   best of luck to us all ...

All of you: Please see my last update to this topic. In short the attacker resumed his attacks over night. This is totally evident by inspecting the Verge-Scrypt Pool's Wallet (linked at the bottom of the Pools "Pool Stats" area): https://verge-blockchain.info/address/D5Y6MtvsrtdAWUM3zv9RvR4mt8c1MUuHKX

If you look closely you'll realize that the pool only successfully mined three blocks which have all been fully paid. The rest of the blocks became garbage due to the attack of that asshole.

Yes. The attack invalidates pretty much every legit block including the transactions it carries.

Oliver, why don't you suspend all verge pool (blake and scrypt) to avoid miner to mine xvg? Or is it safe now to mine it?

They are suspended. The pool websites are up but the stratum ports are all down.

I'm currently recompiling our Verge daemons and will let them sync up from the ground over the coming night. I will re-open both verge pools for a trial run tomorrow. If nothing bad happens they will stay open.
