ETN: Wallet stuck synching

The Electroneum Wallet RPC is currently stuck synching with the main daemon. Therefore the payout is delayed. To be clear, this only delays payments, not the outcome.

Looks like we are dealing with delayed fallout from the block debacle and a concerted mempool attack on the blockchain itself.

It took an eternity but at some point the wallet became responsive again.
