My friends and I are also waiting for block to be found. 10 days are a lot. Can anything be done? Also on every block, I see rewards is same around 7000 ETN. Will it be more for next block as it will be found after 10 days+?

It can take another 10 days without a block I guess, zero warranties block will be found anytime soon.
It will not be the same. The rewards are set by the network's protocol and has nothing to do with how long you are waiting for the block.
