You are payed based on the amount of shares per block. (the whole definition of PPLNS)

If I would not mining from now on. If block were found did I get reward for my work done?

It counts last 2n shares. So if you mine in the begining of the block, but then you stop, and the block takes longer than 100% of expected work, it will start forgetting the first shares. That is the point of PPLNS - to make it harder for pool jumpers.

I have been mining for 7 days straight with a constant hashrate of 160 H/s and it shows 0 Mona.  It shows my hashrate and my shares at 76.02 M but 0 on mona.  What's going on?
