Pool has not found a block?

bit confusing and worrying, on monero. my shares are increasing but but the balance hasnt changed a bit. as a newbie in mining i am really confused.

Rewards are distributed only from the rewards the pool collects for finding a block. If no block is found, the pool has nothing to distribute to our balance.

Balances are paid automatically once you reach the minimum payout. If you have reached it and haven't received a payment for some time, then there could be a bug somewhere, it has happened before and was fixed, but the pool operator has to be informed. You need to share your wallet ID so it can be confirmed.

In this case I will wait until there is another update on the mining progress achievement info.

You realize that mining is not an exact science, but actually like armies of miners racing against each other to score the lucky punch called "block"? There simply is no progress, only luck. Furthermore if you stop mining now, you will most likely not see much of a payment due to how PPLNS works - not just here, but everywhere.

Although Im considered Newbie on Mining,

I've mined  on several Pools and  try different altcoins.

Every time I make switch back for mining. 

My Achievement Balance is there. When ever I want to continue It will starr from my last current balance 

I have strong believe you can solve the balance achievement issue on your Great looking  Dashboard.

correctdamundo! :) but most important again is this pool having enough hashing power...otherwise the information about Progress is kinda short ;)

The Electroneum pool is now receiving a hashboost through Nicehash to help with the block times. The boost is paid from my own money and my shares do not count of course.
