Dash payout limit lowered

The Dash pool minimum payout has been lowered to 0.03 DASH effective immediately. This will have no impact on fees. In the near future you will be able to set a personal payout limit.

is it possible to have a manual payout so we could choose our own payout with a sliding scale fee , the way we've been hitting blocks last 24 hrs I'd settle for 0.5
