Actually the payment came through just 1 minute ago. Seems like not all payments were processed in one go, and mine was delayed a bit. All good now.
I miner using an malformed monero address + payment ID combo caused an issue with the payment system that has been corrected now. Payments have resumed. Sorry for the delay.
