[MONA] Any plans to support TLS ?

Hi,

I was mining around and a friend of mine wanted to try mining with his gaming RIG,

Two AMD GPUs, at first I thought that it would not be possible because of the bad performances of sgminer on Lyra2V2 but we found another miner that has much better performance, almost to the level of ccminer with nvidia. The issue is that it only supports stratum+tls, and that means that we can't use it here...


So here I am asking if you are planning on implementing TLS !

Hi Nico. Yes this is planned for January 2018.

Just noticed on BCT that the author has said that they'll have a version that works on any pool within 48hrs.  So looks like it might not be needed - though TLS is always a good thing anyway :)
