Is there any way to watch progress of my miner in realtime?

How can I watch the progress of my miner in realtime, like I can on Minergate.  I can login there and watch my miner in action.  Not saying I prefer them, but I'm pretty new to this game and not sure if I'm just missing something here.

Well, I use teamviewer to log into my computers and do some managing work when I'm not around.
