XMR mined for mone than one month, no balance increase

Piri 6 years ago updated by Phillip Slobodian 6 years ago 12

Hi there, I appreciate your efforts, but I have a serious problem with my balance. I have been mining since 3 months on xmr.poolmining.org, at first everything went fine. Within the last block (which took longer than one month), my persolal stats disappeared, but as you replied to similar questions (https://poolmining.userecho.com/forums/1-general/topics/244-404-for-poolminingorgpoolxmr/), and because the shares were correctly accepted by the pool (using xmr-stack) I did not worry. Finally I started to move my miners to another pool because of frustration. Now, a block has been found, but my balance did not change and I have a 330K shares credit, roughly the same amount as I had after the last block. I think you can definetly explain me what is happening! here my wallet address:

Thanks in advance. (ps: i still have a ridicolous cpu mining on the pool to benefit of old shares submitted, as you explain about PPLNS)

you're not the only one here reassure yourself

Since after finding the last block, personal stats seem to be working again but... in the last two hours, my shares have gone up from 322K to 381K which is, to say the least, impossible, given that I only left a machine mining on this pool which makes about 10H/s ... I really think that this issues could undermine the pool reputation if not addressed!

+6K shares in 12 minutes mining at 7H/s... good news, but not serious!

I even had shares added while not mining at all. The only explanation I can imagine, is that the server is retroactively adding the shares "lost" within the last block to my account, little by little!

No it isn't.

corrected.. my balance is there and appropriate. Thanks poolmining.org.  I feel a bit better about your services now.  now hopefully with more hashing power we can get blocks more often.

20 hours after, may shares, as shown by the web stats, are still growing at an insane rate. Please instruct me about if and how could I be helpful in helping you addressing this issue!

Can you clarify the issue? It's a bit confusing to follow your timeline. When did you start mining at this pool, when did you stop? What was your balance before the last block was found? Also, what was your average hash-rate throughout the time you have mined?

Average rate 300h/s, for about one entire month on this block - 1465632. Since ten days, it dropped to about 40h/s. Actually I have 3/4 very low power workers (10h/s) mining, but only one displayed by the web app (sorry, 2 of the workers are a friend of mine so I can't directly control them). Xmr-stack still showing that shares are correctly accepted by the pool  on the workers I directly have access to. I started mining on the pool at block 1423885 if I correctly remember.

My balance once block 1440582 has beeen found was (and still is) 0.063.

Currently, my shares have grown to 875.48K.

Hope you appreciate my honesty, as I appreciate yours, something that attracted me to this pool has been the fact that you publish code opensource!

Thanks in advance!

As the forensic tools for a detailed post-mortem analysis have been just implemented and deployed after this block has been paid out, I've decided that an unbureaucratic solution is in order in this case. Check your wallet.

Ok, correct and fair. Thanks for letting us users trust your pool.

I don't see any balance from about this same time period
