Is the dash reward somehow decreased?
Until yesterday I got 0.003 per block reward and today I'm getting 0.002. I have 2x D3 miner and I didn't change their settings.

No nothing was changed.
The pools total hashrate went up as well as the number of users. At least from what I can tell. Hence my reward per block going from .004 to .003.
I have to correct myself. There's a planned scheduled increase of the fees for all pools from the current 0.15% to 0.4% (which is still quite low) because those super low feeds cannot be sustained forever without the pools going broke to due transaction fees. This change unintentionally went into effect for the last two blocks. The change has been reverted. Sorry for the confusion.
