Payout after halving?

Dear miners, as the halving has occured, are you planning on reducing the 0.5 VTC payout to a lower one? It will take much more time to get to 0.5 now

I was going to agree with this proposal, but then again, Monacoin has 0.5 min payout as well and also gives 25 per block.
