Vertcoin AMD Mining

Why is AMD mining so slow compared to nvidia? Trying to use Rx 580 8gb.

Which version of sgminer are you running? Any trouble finding START_VERT.bat? Thx

I am using the one recommended by this pool, sgminer-5.6.1-nicehash-51-windows-amd64 and also tried the one click miner.
