Zcash blocks

Well that's true the ZCash pool here has been fairly unlucky. Not a single block found yet =/

well, happy to point my 6ksols to the pool. Except for the whole power going out about 30 minutes ago thing, but once back, it's on, let's find us some blocks.

Last question, since I lost connection on my end and am back.  How long has the zcash pool been going?

I guess not that long, since the effort on that found block is very low, so congrats to all that participated!

I saw!  That's exciting! It's just nerve wracking coming from nanopool, and getting daily payouts.  I gotta chill and let the pool work it's magic. Hopefully I won't be penalized too heavily for the network tomfoolery that was happening at my house.

@Bim: I can imagine that it's disturbing to start mining on a small pool when blocks take so long. May I ask why you decided to leave Nanopool?

I just really like this pool, you're dedication to quick answers and support, and I really support the actual decentralization of cryptocurrencies. I started with my dash miners after solo mining with them for a bit and then after some perusing of the site and your support section here, decided I wanted to be a part of this.  Technically peaking I can pay for my electricity costs with my cloud mining contracts I have going, so I figured I'd give your small pool a shot.  So far, I love it. (block time notwithstanding) If it works out well enough, I"ll build another 1060/70 rig and contribute some more hashpower here. As an side, how long has your zcash pool been up?

I mean heck, if my math serves me well, if we find 2-3 blocks per month, it would equal if not beat nanopool in payout terms with 6Ksols. (Correct me if I"m wrong pool owner) That's also if I"m getting the right grasp of the PPLNS system.
