Not sure if everything works correctly

Hello! I'm new to mining and I'm a bit confused.

First off, my miner shows consistent 19,3 MH/s, but the "My Stats" page only shows ~half of that. Why?

Second, according to my miner, I have over 10k shares but according to "My Stats" page I have ~3k shares. I'm not sure how shares work, is it supposed to be this way?

An unrelated question: is 19,3 MH/s a good hashrate for a GTX 970?

Well, my GTX 1060 3gb has roughly the same hashrate, so I guess it's in the ballpark...
