17x l3+ miner only 700KH/s, normal 10,5GH/s. why?

my miners worked over 1 month without problems and now only show verrrrry low hashrate... in miner config everything is shown as normal...650MH/s per miner... Address is DS6E52rXK8qNP31uzAKahm9kaR3Cv9nL1x
