Litecoin Pool
What happens if I have been mining for a month on the LTC pool but nothing found during that time and I remove my miners from the pool? If block found after leaving would I still be awarded since helping to get there even though I pulled the miners?

It depends how long after you pull out the block is found. With the current hashrates, I think after about 6-7 days your shares will fall out of the window and you would not get anything.
