Choose correct port for multi asic mining xvg

Dear Support,

I am using 4 asic l3+ try to mine xvg by script algorithm. I see 2 setting following your suggestion 3162 and 3163. I am confusing about this to fit up with my 4 rig. Could anyone suggest for me to set up which port is better in my case?
