Long delay for finding ETH block

We used to find a block every other day but we've recently lost roughly 50% of our hashrate so it might be a couple days now.

Oliver, is there any problem with pool? Because passed 11 days but still didn't find any blocks? I know that the hashrate of pool was decreased dramatically but is this normal?

Yes it's normal. This is how mining works. There is no guaranteed time it takes to find a block, only estimated, but in the end it's largely about luck. Sometimes you have it, sometimes you don't.

Already passed more than 9 days but still there is no payment. Where are those blocks :-(

Yeah, so long time between blocks, really not making you happy :/ Tried on other pool for 2 hours on 1 gtx1080ti and right away got 0.0003 eth....will wait till first payment and then decide what to do next...
