I have questtions about Mining mechanism! P/s : newbie in Mining

I'm new in mining so there're lots of thing I dont know, like how mining reward were caculated and distributed to miner? Or is the reward is paid by the Pool or the Blockchain? If it is from pools then do I have bigger reward if i mine in bigger pool?.

 Someone know plz help me with this. It's hard to mining when you don't understang the basic.
